Mat specializes in buying, renovating, and holding single-family and small multifamily properties for the long term in the greater Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania region. He is a proud father of three children under three years of age.
Mat transitioned to full-time real estate investing after a 12-year career as a chemical engineer. He completed his Master’s in International Management at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, as a Fulbright Scholar in 2013.
Since 2014, he has been successfully buying and operating rental properties, primarily in Allentown, PA.

Since embarking on her career in 2014, Ashley has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of administrative support and has honed her skills across a variety of contexts. Ashley is Mat’s Executive Assistant, and she also handles all of our transaction coordinator responsibilities at Pezon Properties.
Residing in Wilmore, KY, Ashley’s life outside of work is as fulfilling as her career. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and three dogs, often exploring the beauty of nature through kayaking, hiking, or walking her dogs. Ashley loves reading, visiting farmers markets with family and friends, savoring good food, and cherishing moments of connection, whether sitting on porches or around bonfires, engaging in heartfelt conversations with her favorite people.
Christine Cogay
Public Records Researcher and Social Media Coordinator

Kirt Rawl
Junior Lead Manager
As Lead Manager, Kirt is the first point of contact for potential leads, helping guide them through the early stages of our process with care and clarity. He specializes in qualifying inbound leads, and ensuring our pipeline stays organized and active. With strong follow-up systems and a genuine interest in people and finding solutions, Kirt plays a key role in keeping things moving forward smoothly for both our team and the homeowners we serve.

Outside of work, Kirt enjoys choreographing/co-producing live performances, exploring different home design styles, and caring for his growing collection of houseplants. He’s also a big fan of experimenting in the kitchen and finds joy in crafting cozy meals for loved ones. When he’s not working or creating, you’ll likely find him tucked away in a favorite local coffee shop.
Ken Druhum
Operations Specialist
As the Operations Specialist, Ken oversees the team's CRM, continuous learning program, and property management, including vacancy, occupancy, and rent payments.
He is instrumental in building processes and procedures, ensuring smooth operations. Ken maintains and ensures adherence to processes. He also supports the team by providing them with crucial data to enhance their performance.
Outside of work, Ken is passionate about learning, especially when the topic is interesting. He enjoys adrenaline-inducing hobbies such as riding sports bikes. Additionally, he loves reading manga and manhwa, immersing himself in captivating stories and artwork.
